Personal Care. Predictable Costs.

Primary care that works alongside your coverage

Direct primary care pairs a fixed monthly membership with accessible, personalized healthcare. For individuals with high-deductible insurance and businesses with self-funded plans, it can make everyday care easier to access and costs easier to plan.

For Individuals and Employer-Sponsored Plans

High-deductible coverage and DPC

Direct primary care complements individual and employer-sponsored high-deductible healthcare plans. Members have access to primary, urgent, and occupational healthcare without copays or visit fees for included services, along with same-day or next-day appointments, longer visits, and direct communication with providers.

Employer self-funded plans and DPC

Pairing a self-funded healthcare plan with direct primary care can reduce primary care claims, support employee health and productivity, and give your business a predictable monthly cost. Helena DPC business membership is $65 per employee per month for groups of 4 or more.

01

Lower claims and total costs

Included primary, urgent, and occupational healthcare services move out of fee-for-service billing and into one monthly membership. Prompt care can help prevent unnecessary ER visits and support more predictable budgeting.

02

Healthier, more productive teams

Removing copays and visit fees for included services helps employees seek care sooner. Longer appointments, telehealth, and direct provider communication support better health with fewer interruptions to the workday.

03

Recruitment and retention

Accessible, personalized care is a tangible employee benefit. Simple pricing, unlimited included visits, and less administrative friction make it easier for your team to use their healthcare benefit.

What could lower claims mean for a business?

For illustration, a self-funded business with 500 employees and $10 million in annual claims would pay $390,000 annually for DPC membership at $65 per employee per month. If claims fell by 20% to 50%, the net savings after membership fees would be approximately $1.61 million to $4.61 million. This is an illustrative scenario, not a forecast or guaranteed savings.

DPC complements insurance. Your health plan remains important for hospital care, emergencies, specialist services, and other care outside your membership. HSA use depends on the arrangement and applicable eligibility rules.
